• What areas count as wet areas?

  Wet areas include bathrooms, ensuites, laundries, kitchens, and any space with plumbing fixtures. Outdoor areas with plumbing such as outdoor kitchens and pool surrounds are also considered wet areas. All wet areas must comply with Australian waterproofing standards.

• How long does a bathroom renovation take?

  A typical bathroom renovation takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the scope of work. The plumbing rough-in is usually completed in 1 to 2 days. We coordinate with other trades to keep the project on schedule.

• Do you handle the full renovation or just plumbing?

  We handle all the plumbing aspects of wet area renovations, including moving or installing pipes, fitting fixtures, and connecting appliances. We coordinate with tilers, electricians, and other trades but the plumbing is our responsibility.

• Do I need council approval for a bathroom renovation?

  Minor renovations like replacing fixtures and fittings typically do not require council approval. Structural changes, extensions, or changes to wet area layouts may require a building permit. We can advise on what applies to your project.
